To make a rich soup, the broth is best made with beef. And to get a unique taste, the soup should be cooked in pots. A rich variety of vegetables and aromatic spices must be added to the meat. It will take a lot of time to prepare, but a hearty meal will exceed all your expectations.

In a large bowl, mix the meat with all the vegetables, add finely chopped garlic, spices and let it brew for 15-20 minutes.

Divide the resulting mixture into pots, filling them 2/3, and add 2 pieces of bay leaves on top.

Pour vegetables and meat with water so that it covers them completely. Cover each pot with a lid. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cook for 1-1, 5 hours. When serving, the dish should be sprinkled with herbs.
