Turkish-style bryndza baked goods is a Turkish dish. It turns out to be very delicate, flaky, airy. Best of all, these pastries are eaten with tea, because they have a slightly salty taste.

- - 100-150 g feta or feta cheese

- - 1 clove of garlic
- - salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper to taste

Step 1
Defrost and roll out the puff pastry first.
Step 2
Cut feta or feta cheese into pieces, combine with sour cream and yogurt.

Add pepper and finely chopped garlic. Add shredded cheese.
Step 4
Cut the dough into medium strips and spread the filling.
Step 5
Make rolls and place on a baking sheet, pinch the edges, brush with milk. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees when golden brown appears.

Serve with lemon wedges and black tea. Squeeze the juice of the lemon slices onto freshly baked baked goods.
