Divinely delicious, mouth-watering snack cake called "Napoleon" will not leave indifferent any fussy. Juicy cakes under the original impregnation are exactly what you need for a feast.
It is necessary
- - 200 grams of processed cheese,
- - 3 eggs,
- - 1 jar of canned sardines,
- - 100 grams of mayonnaise,
- - about 40 grams of green onions (you can have more - to taste),
- - parsley or cilantro to taste.
- For the test:
- - 2.5 cups (200 ml) wheat flour,
- - 200 grams of margarine,
- - 1 egg,
- - 1 glass (200 ml) sour cream,
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- - half a teaspoon of salt,
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar.
Instructions
Step 1
Chill the margarine beforehand (you can put it in the freezer).
Step 2
Grate the margarine, then mix it with flour, add the remaining ingredients for the dough, mix well. Divide the resulting dough into 4-5 parts, roll out. Pin each rolled out part with a fork, bake until golden.
Step 3
Rinse green onions, dry a little and chop finely.
Step 4
Drain the liquid from the sardine (leave a little for juiciness), mash with a fork.
Step 5
Boil the eggs for about ten minutes, then refrigerate, peel and grate finely. Combine grated eggs with mayonnaise.
Step 6
Shape the cake.
Put the first cake on any convenient plate and brush it with an egg mass. Sprinkle with chopped onions on top (do not waste all the onions, leave for decoration).
Step 7
Put the second cake layer on the onion and press it down a little. Spread some mayonnaise on the cake. Put canned fish on top of mayonnaise and sprinkle with herbs.
Step 8
Put the third cake on a layer of canned fish, press down a little. Place the processed cheese on top of the crust.
Step 9
Place the fourth crust on the processed cheese, press down a little. Brush with melted cheese and garnish to taste. Place the cake in a cool place overnight. Let the cake stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
