Do you like crunchy, tender puff pastry? Then make a pie called "Galeta". It has an amazing light taste. You shouldn't deny yourself such pleasure!
It is necessary
- - puff pastry - 500 g;
- - ham - 250 g;
- - cheese "Russian" 50% - 200 g;
- - chicken egg - 6 pcs;
- - green onions - 20 g;
- - basil - 1 teaspoon;
- - parsley - a bunch;
- - vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind ingredients such as cheese, ham and herbs. Grate the first with a grater, cut the second into thin strips, and finely chop the third with a knife and divide into 2 parts. Use only half of the greens in the filling. Combine all of the above products in one bowl, season with salt and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt. Pour a small part of this mixture into a free cup - it is needed to grease the cake. Mix the rest of the mixture with the rest of the herbs.
Step 3
Divide the egg mixture into 3 equal parts. Pour one of them into a frying pan and fry for 1-2 minutes, always covered. Do the same with the remaining egg mass. This will end up with 3 omelets.
Step 4
Put the dough on a work surface and turn it into 2 rounded layers, with a thickness of no more than 1 centimeter. Don't forget about the size - they should be slightly larger than cooked egg omelets.
Step 5
Cover the round baking dish with baking paper and place one layer of dough on top of it. Puncture it with a fork. Then put the egg omelet in the same place, and on it 1/3 of the filling. Alternate the last 2 ingredients until you run out. Thus, you get 6 layers. Cover the dish with the second rolled layer and secure the edges.
Step 6
Tip the top layer of the cake, like the bottom, with a fork. Roll up a tube from the rest of the dough and insert it into the hole made with your finger in the center of the dish.
Step 7
Bake the dish in this form, having previously greased with the left egg mixture, at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. The biscuit puff pie is ready!
