It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - flour - 2 glasses;
  • - butter - 200 g;
  • - milk - 100 ml;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs;
  • - sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • - salt - a pinch;
  • - egg yolk - 1 pc;
  • - kiwi - 1 pc.
  • For filling:
  • - cream 35% - 300 ml;
  • - sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • - kiwi - 5 pcs;
  • - water - 2 tablespoons;
  • - gelatin - 8 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a separate cup and beat thoroughly. Then add granulated sugar, salt and milk to them. Mix well. Next, add flour to the resulting mixture. Knead the dough. Peel the kiwi and chop it with a coarse grater. Add the fruit to the dough. Mix everything, then cover with a damp towel and refrigerate for about a quarter of an hour.

Step 2

Pre-soften the butter, then mix with 2 teaspoons of flour. In this form, send to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and place the chilled butter and flour mixture in the middle. Cover it with the edges of the dough and pinch. As a result, you should end up with something like an envelope.

Step 4

Roll out the dough wrapped in an envelope so that its thickness does not exceed 1 centimeter. After this procedure, fold it in four, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Do this a couple of times.

Step 5

Cut the resulting dough into 2 pieces of the same size. Then roll each of them into a cake. Place one of them on a baking dish, and divide the other into circles. Fold these shapes in half, then place them on the edges of the cake base.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. While it heats up, brush the dough laid out on the mold with egg yolk. In this form, send to bake for about half an hour.

Step 7

In the meantime, prepare the filling. To do this, combine the cream with granulated sugar and beat thoroughly. Dissolve the gelatin in a little warm water and leave to swell. Then add it to the creamy sugar mixture. Mix well.

Step 8

Put the resulting gelatinous mass on a baked base. On top of it, place the fruits crushed into slices. Decorate the edges of the pastry with powdered sugar. Send the dessert to the refrigerator until it solidifies. Kiwi puff cake is ready!
