It is necessary

  • - 300 ml of deep-frying oil;
  • - 350 g of apricots;

  • - 500 g of premium flour;
  • - 250 ml of milk;
  • - 10 g of ground cinnamon;
  • - 10 g of icing sugar;
  • - 50 g of fresh raspberries;
  • - 2 g of salt;
  • - 600 g brown sugar;
  • - 1 PC. lemon;
  • - 10 g grated nutmeg.

Instructions

Step 1

Take one large ripe lemon, wash it well in warm water, wipe it off, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice. Strain the lemon juice through a fine sieve or cheesecloth so that there are no pieces of pulp left in it.

Step 2

Break the eggs carefully so as not to damage the yolks. Separate the whites from the yolks. Sift flour into a deep large bowl, add three to four tablespoons of sugar and a little cinnamon to it, mix.

Step 3

Beat the egg yolks in a deep bowl with a whisk or fork, gradually pour in the milk in a thin stream, without ceasing to beat. Pour the egg mixture into the sifted flour and stir until the dough is smooth. Let the dough sit for forty minutes, cover it with a lid.

Step 4

Rinse fresh apricots with water, let them dry completely, do not wipe them off. Cut and remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into small slices, pour over with lemon juice. Add apricots to the dough and stir without crushing them. In a blender, beat the salt and proteins until foamy, add to the dough, add cinnamon and nutmeg.

Step 5

Fry 5-7 cm pieces of dough in hot deep-fat oil. Cool and garnish with powdered sugar and fresh berries.
