It is necessary

  • - 1 loaf "saber",
  • - 300 grams of brisket,
  • - 250 grams of Feta cheese,
  • - 200 grams of lettuce leaves,
  • - 1 lemon,
  • - olive oil,
  • - 0.5 cans of canned green peas,
  • - salt and ground pepper to taste,
  • - 5-6 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the brisket in salted water, cool and cut very thinly. Cut off the crust from the loaf and cut the crumb into small pieces.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the loaf pieces with the olive oil. Season with pepper, salt and place on a baking sheet. Place the brisket slices on top of the loaf and bake for about 20 minutes. The bread should turn golden and the brisket a little crispy.

Step 3

Cut the cheese into cubes, cut the washed tomatoes into 4 pieces. Rinse lettuce leaves well under cold water and tear into small pieces with your hands.

Step 4

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Add olive oil to the juice in the proportion: 1 part lemon juice - 3 parts olive oil. Stir the sauce well.

Step 5

Mix the cheese with lettuce, tomatoes and peas. Top with bread and brisket and stir gently. Pour the sauce over the salad and serve while warm.
