The most important advantage of summer is a lot of vegetables and herbs. And if you add a little meat, then you can cook a delicious, but low-calorie dinner.
It is necessary

- - 300 grams of brisket,
- - 250 grams of Feta cheese,
- - 200 grams of lettuce leaves,
- - 1 lemon,
- - olive oil,
- - 0.5 cans of canned green peas,
- - salt and ground pepper to taste,
- - 5-6 cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the brisket in salted water, cool and cut very thinly. Cut off the crust from the loaf and cut the crumb into small pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the loaf pieces with the olive oil. Season with pepper, salt and place on a baking sheet. Place the brisket slices on top of the loaf and bake for about 20 minutes. The bread should turn golden and the brisket a little crispy.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into cubes, cut the washed tomatoes into 4 pieces. Rinse lettuce leaves well under cold water and tear into small pieces with your hands.
Step 4
Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Add olive oil to the juice in the proportion: 1 part lemon juice - 3 parts olive oil. Stir the sauce well.
Step 5
Mix the cheese with lettuce, tomatoes and peas. Top with bread and brisket and stir gently. Pour the sauce over the salad and serve while warm.
