  • - mayonnaise;
  • - garlic to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a sausage, cut into cubes or thin strips and fry until golden brown. If you take meat, then just cut it into cubes or thin strips.

Step 2

Transfer the sausage to a bowl until it cools. Cut the onion into half rings, fry until golden brown. Transfer the onion to a separate cup and cool well.

Step 3

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. If the mushrooms are large, chop finely. Add Korean carrots, mushrooms, onions, sausage (meat) and kirieshki to the cheese.

Step 4

Separately mix mayonnaise with finely grated garlic and season the salad, mix everything well.
