It is necessary

  • - 300 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon or lime juice;
  • - a sprig of rosemary;
  • - pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse and dry fresh mushrooms on paper towels. Cut into slices, quarters, or whatever is more convenient for you. Champignons or porcini mushrooms are most suitable for the recipe, but you can use others.

Step 2

Peel the cloves of garlic, chop. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and a chopped sprig of fresh rosemary, lightly fry.

Step 3

Add the prepared mushrooms to the skillet. Pepper and salt the contents of the pan, fry for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

Add lemon juice to the skillet. You need to take the juice freshly squeezed, lime juice is also suitable - it will also give the dish the desired sourness. Bring the mushrooms and flavors to the full readiness, stirring the contents of the pan (about 2-4 minutes).

Step 5

Transfer the finished dish to a plate, top with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mushrooms in lemon-rosemary sauce can be served with boiled pasta or white bread, toast or croutons.
