There are many recipes that help out housewives if there is no time to cook at all. A quick pie with mushrooms on kefir is a great option for quick and tasty pastries for any tea party.
It is necessary
- - 300 ml of kefir;
- - 300 g of champignons;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 4 glasses of flour;
- - 1.5 tsp baking powder for dough;
- - 1.5 tsp salt;
- - 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
The champignons need to be rinsed, dried and cut into thin slices. Then salt them and fry in a skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2
While the mushrooms are fried for the filling, you need to prepare the dough for the pie. To do this, mix kefir, eggs, salt and baking powder. Gradually add flour to the resulting mass and knead an elastic soft dough.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to form a round base for the cake. First, you should set aside a small piece of dough (about 1/5 part), so that later you can make a grid on the cake. Put the rolled dough in a round greased form, form the sides.
Step 4
Put the filling of the fried mushrooms on the dough in an even layer. Roll out the remaining dough and cut into strips, make a net out of them on the pie. Beat the egg and brush over the mesh with a cooking brush.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees and bake the mushroom pie in it for about 25-30 minutes. Then cover the finished cake with a clean towel for 15-20 minutes, cut and serve.
