This unusual dessert is prepared using a dehydrator, in other words, a dryer for fruits: vegetables, fruits, berries. Delicious and sweet, very similar to baked in the oven, retains all the beneficial properties of the components, suitable for treating raw foodists and people who have to adhere to a hypoallergenic diet.

It is necessary

  • - flax seeds - a quarter cup
  • - prunes - 200 g
  • - sunflower seeds - 1 glass
  • - water - 700 - 1000 ml

Instructions

Step 1

To make raw chocolate muffins, you need pitted prunes. It must be filled with cold water and left for at least 1 hour. Drain the water.

Sunflower seeds, already peeled, should also be covered with water and left for about 1 hour. Drain the water.

Next, rub the seeds and a little more than half of the prune berries with a blender, gradually pouring in water. The mass must be filtered and squeezed out. At this stage, a by-product is also obtained - chocolate milk of plant origin, which is not needed for making muffins and can be kept in the refrigerator for now.

Step 2

Flax seeds need to be ground in a coffee grinder. Mix the ground seeds with the previously prepared seed cake and prunes.

Step 3

Put the resulting dough into small forms for muffins, previously put into each paper mold, and freeze for 1 - 2 hours.

While the workpieces are frozen, you can prepare the chocolate icing. To do this, grind the remaining prunes with a blender, turning into mashed potatoes. If necessary, you can add a little water.

Remove the muffins from the freezer, cover with icing and dry in the dehydrator for 12 hours.

To easily remove paper molds, you just need to moisten them with a little water and leave for 3 - 5 minutes.
