There are tons of recipes for making cupcakes. I bring to your attention one of them, but not simple, but Arabic - with the addition of jelly. Delight your loved ones with such an unusual dessert.
It is necessary
- - eggs - 3 pcs;
- - flour - 1, 5 cups;
- - baking powder for dough - 1 tablespoon;
- - milk - 0.5 cups;
- - vegetable oil - 50 ml;
- - sugar - 1 glass;
- - jelly - 4 packs;
- - vanillin - 5 g;
- - any fruit.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the eggs in a separate free cup and combine with foods such as vanillin and granulated sugar.
Step 2
Add sunflower oil and milk to the sugar and egg mixture. Add flour and baking powder, passed through a sieve, to the same place. Stir until smooth to form a batter for an Arabian muffin.
Step 3
Put the resulting dough in a round greased baking dish, send it to bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees - it should be covered with a golden brown crust.
Step 4
Pour one pack of jelly into a saucepan and fill it not with 400 milliliters of water, but 350 ml. Do all other actions exactly according to the instructions on the package. Cool the finished jelly at room temperature, then put it in the baking dish in which the cake was prepared. Send to cold and do not touch until it is completely cured.
Step 5
Place the fruit of your choice on the frozen jelly. Grind them if necessary. Place the finished cake on this mass, and on the side with which it was in the baking dish. Then use a toothpick to make a large number of punctures on it.
Step 6
Prepare the remaining jelly packs in exactly the same way as the first. Cool, then place in the cold for 30 minutes. After the time has passed, place the jelly in a baking dish directly on top of the muffin.
Step 7
After placing the dish in the refrigerator, cool until it solidifies completely, and then remove it from the mold. Arabic cupcake with jelly is ready!
