We do not often eat fish, and carp on a vegetable pillow - you will just lick your fingers. It is easy to prepare and delicious, and the dish looks beautiful.
- 1 PC. carp (1 kg.),
- 2 pcs. sweet pepper (different colors),
- 2 pcs. onions
- 1 PC. carrot,
- 1 PC. lemon,
- 300 gr. champignons,
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
- salt, black pepper and herbs to taste.
Clean the carp, gut, wash well, dry. Rub with salt and pepper on all sides, make cuts and insert lemon slices into them. Place 1/3 of a bunch of dill in the belly.
Boil the mushrooms (whole) and the rest of the lemon in water for 5 minutes, then put on a sieve. After cooling, cut the mushrooms into slices. Cut the peppers into thin strips, carrots into slices, onions into rings. In a saucepan in vegetable oil, fry the onions, add carrots, peppers and mushrooms, fry for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
Grease the bottom and sides of the heat-resistant mold with oil. Arrange the dill and vegetables. Place the fish on top and sprinkle it with vegetable oil.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the fish dish and bake for 20 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes until a brown crust is obtained. Bon Appetit!
