Herbal Cheese Donuts are an original and versatile dish that can be used both as a beer snack and as a delicious accompaniment to tea or coffee.

- - 480 ml of milk;
- - 280 gr. flour;
- - 60 gr. butter;
- - a pinch of black pepper;
- - 4 eggs;
- - salt;
- - 70 gr. grated cheese;
- - a teaspoon of thyme;
- - half a teaspoon of oregano.
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine milk, flour, eggs, half melted butter, pepper, salt and thyme with oregano.
Step 2
Add grated cheese, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 220C. Grease the muffin (or cupcake) mold liberally with the remaining butter and place it in the oven for 2 minutes.
Step 4
We take out the form, fill it with dough and send it back to the oven for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Donuts can be served warm or chilled.
