- - 150 g of sugar;
- - fresh lemon juice (from 2 lemons);
- - 250 g cream;
- - 6 leaves of white gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
To get a crust, take all the cookies and crumble it, mix the resulting crumb with ground nuts. Stir, add ghee and mix again.
Put the resulting dough on a thickly oiled baking paper, previously inserted in a round form, firmly crush the dough with a spoon.
Step 2
For the filling of the cake, soak the gelatin in water, let it swell. While the gelatin is standing, use a blender to beat the cottage cheese with sugar and lemon juice.
Step 3
After - heat the already swollen gelatin, stirring it, place the curd mass and the cream previously whipped into a cool foam, stir until the whole mass becomes ideally homogeneous.
Step 4
Place the filling on the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 5
For pouring, you need to peel the kiwi fruits and cut them into thin circles. Place the gelatin for pouring the cake into water, when it swells - heat and add sugar, wait until everything dissolves, cool the mixture.
Step 6
Get the semi-finished cake out of the refrigerator, lay out the kiwi circles beautifully and pour it with chilled filling. Place in the cold for 2 hours.
