To make a delicate pancake cake, you will need the following products:

- 1, 5 glasses of milk;

- 3 chicken eggs;

- 5 tablespoons of sugar;

- 2 cups wheat flour;

- 0.5 teaspoon of lemon juice;

- 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda;

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;

- 250 grams of sour cream;

- 1 can of condensed milk;

- 1 cup of crushed walnuts.

For pancake batter, combine eggs with 3 tablespoons of sugar and beat until fluffy. Then pour milk, water, salt and soda slaked with lemon juice into the mass. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and gradually add flour to the resulting mass so that you get a homogeneous dough without lumps. To prevent pancakes from burning, pour vegetable oil into it and stir the dough again. Bake thin pancakes in an 18 cm skillet.

To make the pancakes more fluffy, be sure to sift the flour before making the dough.

Whisk the sour cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar to form a thick, strong cream. Place the cooled pancake on a flat plate and brush with sour cream.
