You will need:

  • seafood cocktail 300 g;
  • loaf of bread 1 pc.;
  • carrots 1 pc.;
  • onions 1 pc.;
  • red and green Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.;
  • eggs 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise;
  • red caviar 2 tsp;
  • cream cheese 300 g;
  • garlic 1-2 cloves.

Preparation

We make the base of the chest. To do this, take a loaf of bread and cut off the top, but not completely. You should get an ajar chest lid. Carefully remove the crumb from the middle of the loaf.

Squeeze the garlic and add to the cream cheese. Heat the resulting mass in a water bath. It is not necessary to bring to a boil. Stir constantly until the mass turns out to be an easily smeared consistency. Cover the whole loaf of bread with a lukewarm cheese mass. Cut the bell pepper so that it resembles precious stones in shape. Decorate the outside with slices of sweet red and green peppers and green leaves.

Cut carrots and onions into strips. Fry chopped vegetables in vegetable oil. Boil the seafood cocktail in a saucepan for 5 minutes and add to the fried vegetables. Let cool. Cut boiled eggs and bell peppers into strips. Mix everything with mayonnaise. We put the "treasures" in the chest.

Put lettuce leaves on a flat dish, then put a chest on them and slightly open the lid. Decorate with red caviar.
