Now there are a huge number of recipes for completely different salads, but sausage is not very common in them. Sausage and Vegetable Salad is a lovely hearty dish that includes not only sausage but bacon as well.

- -250 g sausage
- -150 g bacon
- -1 can of canned beans
- -150 g Chinese cabbage
- -4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- -1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- -salt
- -pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Peel the sausage, cut into cubes. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up. Put the sausage in a frying pan, fry, constantly turning over. Put the bacon on a cutting board, cut it into thin strips and place in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Remove the top leaves from the cabbage and finely chop the rest with a sharp knife. Put in a deep container, salt and pepper, remember with your hands, leave for 10 minutes, and then drain off excess water.
Step 3
Season the cabbage with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, lemon juice, mix everything well.
Step 4
Open the beans, drain the juice from them and put them in a salad bowl with bacon and sausage. Put the cabbage in a salad bowl too, mix a little with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 5
Rinse the greens in cold running water, cut off the dry stems, and finely chop the rest of the greens.
Step 6
