Mediterranean salad is a dietary salad. It will not be difficult to prepare it. All the vegetables included in the salad are very healthy, and the salad dressing using balsamic vinegar will fill the dish with a subtle sweet and sour aftertaste.
It is necessary
- - 4 tomatoes;
- - 3 sweet peppers;
- - 1 cucumber;
- - 1 head of red onion;
- - 100 g pitted olives;
- - 200 g of iceberg lettuce leaves
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - 0.5 tsp balsamic vinegar;
- - 1 teaspoon of soy sauce;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - dill;
- - parsley;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a bell pepper in three colors: red, yellow and green. To cut in cubes.
Step 2
Cut the cucumber into slices. Tomato slices.
Step 3
Chop dill, parsley. Put the pitted olives whole. Rinse the iceberg lettuce leaves under running water and cut into strips.
Step 4
Cut the red sweet onion into half rings and pour over with cold water. Leave on for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, discard the onion in a colander, let the water drain.
Step 5
Combine vegetables in a bowl and pour over with lemon juice. Leave on for 5 minutes. Then drizzle lightly with soy sauce.
Step 6
Cooking salad dressing: Mix balsamic vinegar with olive oil. Season the salad. Salt to taste.
Step 7
Cut the cheese into cubes and add to the prepared salad.
