To prepare pasta for 4 persons, you will need 500 - 700 grams of shrimp. If you bought whole frozen shrimp, then first you need to get rid of all the excess. Pour the shrimps into boiled water and boil for 5-7 minutes. Lightly boiled shrimp must be cooled and then the heads and caviar must be removed. As a result, you will have cute tails with a shell; you do not need to remove it.

Step 2

In a preheated frying pan, add 50 grams of butter, lay out the prepared shrimp along with 2 crushed heads of garlic, fry until golden brown on the shell and add 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce to taste. The soy sauce is quite salty, so no additional salt is needed.

Step 3

After the shrimps are browned, take out the garlic (it gave the aroma and taste to the oil, and we will no longer need it) and add cream 200 gr. and, continuing to stir, bring them to thickening. While the sauce is thickening, you can boil the pasta. For this, different varieties of pasta are suitable, choose which one you like best, and boil according to the instructions on the package. An important nuance - the paste must be aldente.
