Cake "Wonderful Wonderful" turns out to be extraordinary. Consists of several layers. Impregnated with the most delicate butter cream, which also contains cottage cheese. If desired, cottage cheese can be replaced with condensed milk.

- - 400 g of cottage cheese
- - 250 g granulated sugar
- - 2 egg yolks
- - 2 eggs
- - 180 g flour
- - 50 g butter
- - 2/3 tsp baking powder
- - 2 tbsp. honey
- - 2/3 tsp soda
- - 2 g vanillin
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine granulated sugar, baking powder, eggs and baking soda. Add honey and beat in a mixer. Then put in a water bath and cook until the mass increases in volume. Remove from heat and chill slightly. Add flour and knead the dough. It will be sticky. Wrap it in plastic and store in a cold place for 5-6 hours.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, make cakes with a diameter of 15 cm and place on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the crust on and bake until golden brown for about 7-10 minutes. Do this a few more times. Place the dish over the cakes and cut out even circles.
Step 3
Prepare the cream. Mix cottage cheese, 100 g granulated sugar, egg yolk and vanillin, beat in a blender until smooth. Add butter and put on low heat, bring to a thick porridge.
Step 4
Place the first crust on a plate, brush with cream, cover with the second crust and brush again with cream. Add everything up like this.
Step 5
Grate the trimmings from the cakes and sprinkle on the cake. Place in a cool place for 5-6 hours.
