Pie with cabbage and green beans turns out to be aromatic. It prepares quickly, the pie dough is universal, and you can experiment with the filling as you wish. Kale and beans are a lighter filling option, or you can try making a hearty meat pie.
It is necessary
- - 2-3 glasses of flour;
- - 1 glass of kefir;
- - 200 g of cabbage;
- - 200 g green beans;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 processed cheese;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- - salt, soda, sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix one egg with kefir, salt and soda. Add mayonnaise, mix thoroughly until smooth. Add two glasses of flour, sprinkling it in small portions, add butter, stir.
Step 2
Pour the remaining flour on the table, knead the pie dough. Put it in a greased mold with oil, form the sides. Leave a little dough to make the pie edging later.
Step 3
The filling is easy to prepare. Chop fresh cabbage, fry it with green beans. Put, without cooling, on the dough in the form. Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt and pour over the filling. In this version of the pie, cabbage and beans can be supplemented with fried carrots with onions, it turns out very tasty.
Step 4
First, hold the processed cheese in the freezer, then rub them on the filling. Make a nice edging from the dough leftovers.
Step 5
Bake the cabbage and green beans pie for 20-30 minutes in the oven, which must be preheated to 180 degrees. The pie is delicious both warm and cold.
