An excellent dish for every day. This is not a fish soup, but a full-fledged hot dish cooked in a pan.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of frozen fish;
- - 3 pickles;
- - 2 onions;
- - 700 g of white cabbage;
- - 50 g of hard cheese;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste;
- - oil for frying;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of crackers;
- - capers, olives;
- - spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost and process fish. Separate the fillet.
Step 2
Cut into pieces. Put a saucepan of salted water on fire and bring to a boil. Throw the fish into boiling water (in this case, it will be juicier).

Peel the skin of the cucumbers and select the seeds. Cut into thin slices.

Peel and chop the onions. Fry the onions.

Chop the cabbage. Simmer it with tomato paste, water and spices.

Place the prepared food in a deep baking dish in layers. The first layer is a piece of stewed cabbage. The second is pieces of boiled fish. The third is a mixture of onions, capers, olives, pickles. The fourth is the rest of the cabbage.

Grate cheese and mix with breadcrumbs.

Smooth the surface of the pan with food and sprinkle it with a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs.

Place in the oven for baking. When serving the blue whiting fish hodgepodge, garnish with pickled cherries and lemon wedges.
