Bread rolls with cheese will surely please you not only for the simplicity of preparation, but also for their delicate taste and rich pleasant aroma. I propose to cook them.
It is necessary

- - vegetable oil - 1/4 cup;
- - whole milk - 1/2 cup;
- - large eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - grated hard cheese - 1 glass;

Instructions
Step 1
Pour wheat flour into a loose, dry bowl. Add a teaspoon of salt to it.

Place whole milk and sunflower oil in a small saucepan. Put this liquid mixture on fire and wait for it to heat up. As soon as this happens, add a dry mass consisting of wheat flour and salt into it. Mix everything properly, then remove from the stove and set aside for a while.
Step 3
Introduce raw chicken eggs one at a time into the cooled dairy-flour homogeneous mass. Mix everything well. This procedure must be done as quickly as possible, otherwise the eggs may curdle.
Step 4
Grind the cheese with a fine grater and add it to the bulk. Knead the resulting mixture with your hands. This procedure will be much easier to do if you wet them with water first. By the way, you can choose absolutely any cheese for bread rolls, you can even make a mixture of different varieties.
Step 5
Form the curd into small balls. Then place them on a baking sheet lined with special baking paper and send them to the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. After this period of time has passed, reduce the temperature in the oven to 150 degrees and cook the pastries for another 15-20 minutes. The bread rolls with cheese are ready! Serve them to the table, after cooling.
