An interesting variation on yoghurt pudding. Ideally, you should take fresh peaches, but if you don't have them, then canned ones will do. The result is an insanely delicate dessert with a pleasant aroma of fruits and coffee.
It is necessary
- - 250 g mascarpone;
- - 250 g of natural yogurt;
- - 125 g blueberries;
- - 120 g icing sugar;
- - 100 ml of strong coffee;
- - 8 pcs. Savoyardi cookies;
- - 2 peaches, 2 bananas.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the mascarpone with 125 g of unflavored natural yogurt, add the icing sugar, beat for about 1.5 minutes until smooth. Mix the remaining half of the yogurt with the bananas, which have been peeled beforehand, cut into pieces. Grind with a blender until puree and pour into the whipped mascarpone.
Step 2
Rinse peaches, cut into thin slices. If you have canned peaches, remove them from the jar and place them on paper towels to drain off excess juice.
Step 3
Lightly saturate Savoyardi cookies with strong coffee.
Step 4
Put a small amount of delicate cream in portioned bowls, then add savoyardi cookies and washed blueberries with a few peach slices. Then cover it all with a layer of cream. Lay the blueberries on top in a circle, and place a slice of peach in the middle.
Step 5
Put the peach yoghurt pudding in the refrigerator and let the dessert chill for 30 minutes. Serve immediately afterwards. The beauty of this recipe is that it doesn't need to be baked in the oven.
