Cream soup in a pumpkin pot resembles a dish from a fairy tale. The soup is prepared in real pumpkin. You can surprise children with such a dish, show your culinary skills in front of guests or pamper yourself any day.

- - 2 tbsp. any broth
- - nutmeg
- - basil
- - 1 tbsp. crackers
- - butter

- - ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
You can take ready-made biscuits for soup or fry finely chopped white bread in vegetable oil. Remove the pulp from the pumpkin so that the shell remains intact. Only the upper part of the pumpkin should be cut off in the form of a "cap".
Step 2
Cut the pumpkin pulp into small cubes, cover with broth and cook until tender. Add some grated nutmeg and chopped basil for an extraordinary flavor and aroma.
Step 3
Grind the prepared mixture in a blender to a puree consistency. Season with salt and pepper as you wish.
Step 4
Fill the cut-out pumpkin with cream soup. Place a few cubes of butter and place in the oven. As soon as the pumpkin is browned, you can serve it on the table, after decorating it with fresh herbs and adding crispy crackers.
