Delicate combination of cottage cheese and spicy cherries will delight all those with a sweet tooth. And the dough here is not familiar to everyone from flour, but from oatmeal. Tart with cottage cheese and cherries will be a good addition to tea drinking with your family.

- For 8 servings:
- - 250 g frozen cherries;
- - 250 g fat-free cottage cheese;
- - 200 g of oatmeal;
- - 110 g of egg whites;
- - 70 g of honey;
- - 8 tbsp. spoons of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the base first. Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder, mix with two proteins, pour in water. The dough should be elastic. Leave it on for 10 minutes, the oatmeal should swell a little.
Step 2
Pour the dough into a dish greased with olive oil. Straighten, shape the bumpers. Pierce the base around the entire perimeter with a fork, send it to the oven for 15 minutes. Cook at 175 degrees.
Step 3
Melt the honey. Mix the cherries with half the honey. Separately mix the rest of the honey with the cottage cheese and one egg white.
Step 4
Cool the finished base, put the curd mass on it, distribute it evenly. Top with honey cherries. Place the tart in the oven and cook for another 30 minutes.
