Cherries are a very juicy and vitamin-rich berry. There is no need to talk about the benefits of cottage cheese either. I propose to combine these two ingredients and prepare a very tasty and healthy dessert - curd tart with cherries.

It is necessary

  • - fat-free cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • - frozen cherries - 350 g;
  • - honey - 70 g;
  • - egg whites - 3 pcs;
  • - oatmeal - 200 g;
  • - water - 8 tablespoons.

Instructions

Step 1

With oatmeal, do this: put them in a blender or coffee grinder and grind them. Add 2 egg whites and 8 tablespoons of water to the resulting mass. Mix everything well. As a result, you should have a very soft and elastic dough. Set it aside for about 10 minutes. This is necessary in order for the crushed flakes to swell.

Step 2

After the time has elapsed, place the finished dough in a collapsible baking dish, pre-oiled with oil, preferably olive oil. Spread it evenly along the bottom and shape the sides for the future curd tart.

Step 3

Take a fork and make small punctures around the entire perimeter of the dough laid out in the mold. Thus, bubbles do not form on it during baking. In an oven preheated to a temperature of 175 degrees, place the future cake for about a quarter of an hour.

Step 4

In the meantime, melt the honey. This procedure can be done in several ways, for example using a microwave or water bath. Divide the resulting mass exactly in half. Combine one half with frozen berries, the other with cottage cheese and the remaining egg white.

Step 5

Place the honey-curd mixture in an even layer on the cooled baked goods. Place the cherries on top, lightly pressing them into the filling. In this form, send the dish to the oven for about half an hour. The curd tart with cherries is ready!
