Evening tea with cake is a great pastime. But not all cakes go well with tea. For example, a cheesecake with red fish is perfect for dinner.

Step 1
Turn on the oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees and leave to warm up.
Step 2
Wash 2 leeks, dry a little (with napkins), cut off the dark part, cut into half rings. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes.

Melt 100 grams of butter in a skillet, add the onion, sauté for two minutes, then add the spinach and cook for five minutes.
Step 4
Finely grate 150 grams of hard cheese. Whip 300 grams of cream cheese with three eggs, add grated cheese and beat again. Add chopped greens to the whipped mass (amount optional), beat again.
Step 5
Cut the red fish into small cubes. Combine fish with fried onions, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Roll out the puff pastry into a baking dish. Distribute the dough over the mold. Place half of the onion and fish filling on the dough. Cover with cheese mixture (half). Put the remaining fish filling on the cheese mass, rest with the cheese mixture. Place the dish in the oven, bake the cake until tender.
