Lamb meat, called lamb in cooking, is considered the most preferred meat product, since it is not only an excellent source of all the necessary vitamins, minerals, animal proteins, but is also perfectly digestible.
The meat of a young lamb is very different in its useful and taste properties from ordinary lamb, since those lambs that are intended for slaughter are provided with the best food, for example, hay, fresh grass and grain. In addition, farmers keep those lambs that have not yet reached six months of age, as far as possible from adults, and this is done so that young lambs do not grow up excess fat and acquire any infections.
In cooking, lamb is considered a universal meat, since it can be used to prepare any dishes, including tender cutlets and all kinds of snacks. Lamb is a very soft and juicy meat that can be paired with prunes, nuts, various spices such as pepper, grated nutmeg, ginger. The meat of young lamb goes well with almonds and wine sauce.
Chili marinated lamb meat
To prepare a delicious dish called lamb meat in a chili marinade, you will need a set of the following components:
- lamb chops (4 pieces);
- freshly ground pepper, liquid flower honey, salt;
- peeled garlic teeth (3 pieces);
- sun-dried tomatoes in oil (4 pieces);
- chili pepper (1 pod);
- onion (1 head).
Dab the lamb chops thoroughly with a paper towel, then chop the peeled onions. Cut the hot chili pod very finely, and put the tomatoes on a sieve and wait for the oil to drain. Leave 2 tbsp separately. tablespoons of oil, and chop the tomatoes themselves very finely.
Chili, flower honey (2 tablespoons), peeled garlic cloves, salt, chopped onions, tomatoes, freshly ground pepper, mix, and put lamb chops in this marinade for ten minutes. After the allotted time, put the meat of young lambs in a pan and fry for six minutes.
Remove the fried lamb chops from the pan, cover them with a lid, heat the spicy marinade in the same pan, simmer this mixture until thickened. Pour the cooked hot sauce over the fried lamb chops, serve them with salad, as well as a garnish of mashed potatoes with chopped parsley.
