It is necessary

  • • 6 medium onions;
  • • 100 g of meat;
  • • 50 g of liver;
  • • some oil for frying;
  • • 1 heaped spoonful of bread crumbs;
  • • 30 g of any cheese;
  • • half of a bouillon cube;
  • • a pinch of salt and ground pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the bulbs, cut off the tops. From each onion, cut the core, so that you get a glass of onions.

Step 2

Twist the meat and liver in a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Cut half of the onions taken out of the middle. Fry in a pan with butter. Add to the minced meat. Mix well.

Step 4

Fill the onion cups with the minced meat. Place them in a greased skillet.

Step 5

Mash the broth cube in boiling water. Pour into a frying pan. Simmer over the fire for 15 minutes with the lid closed.

Step 6
