- - 250 g puff pastry
- - 400 g of condensed milk
- - 400 g of water
- - 100 g of nuts
- - 50 g dried fruits
- - vanilla
- - 100 g cream
- - 20 g butter
- - 1 tbsp. l. orange peel
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the nuts in a dry skillet without oil. Chop nuts and dried fruits with a knife.
Step 2
Grind puff pastries, tear off small pieces from the main layer. Mix in the nut-fruit mixture.
Step 3
Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan, add water, vanillin, stir well and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, boil for another 5 minutes. Let the milk cool and add the mixture.
Step 4
Instead of condensed milk and water, you can use 800 grams of cream, milk or a combination thereof, add about 100 grams of sugar.
Step 5
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Put the mixture in a fireproof container, put a couple of pieces of butter on the bottom. Spread the cream evenly over the top. Bake for 15 minutes.

Garnish with nuts before serving.
