Step 1
From flour and water, knead a soft, loose dough, leave for half an hour, so that the dough becomes tender, homogeneous and elastic.
While the dough is resting, prepare the pudding filling. To do this, combine milk, sugar, ground cinnamon, anise, cloves and cardamom in a saucepan, put the saucepan on a low heat and, stirring occasionally, bring the mixture to a boil and leave on fire until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Divide the rested dough into pieces, there will be approximately 30 such pieces. Roll out each until transparent, very thin, put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 4 - 5 minutes. Oven temperature - 200 - 220 degrees.
You will need starch to sprinkle the table. It is usually customary to dust the table with flour, but it is more difficult to roll out the dough. When the table is sprinkled with gluten-free starch, the dough does not stick or tear, and thin transparent, durable sheets are obtained.
You can use an electric waffle iron to bake the cakes.
Break the cakes prepared in this way into pieces.
Step 3
Take a metal baking dish, put a layer of cakes, sprinkle with nuts, raisins, coconut, pour warm sweet milk with spices, which we prepared in advance, while the dough was resting. Put the cakes, nuts, raisins, shavings again and pour over the milk again.
Alternate layers of dough and filling until you run out of the necessary products. Pour in milk and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees.
