Cake "For tea" does not require great culinary skills, it is prepared very easily and quickly. It turns out to be very tasty, satisfying and tender. You will undoubtedly surprise and delight your household and guests with such a delicacy.

- - 800 g flour
- - 250 g sour cream
- - 20 g yeast
- - 125 ml milk
- - 100 g dark chocolate
- - 3 egg yolks
- - 150 g granulated sugar
- - a pinch of salt

Step 1
Prepare the dough. Dissolve yeast in sour cream. Mix butter with flour and add a pinch of salt. Grind the butter and flour. Mix the butter and flour mixture with sour cream. Knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in a cold place for 35-50 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the cream. Break the chocolate into pieces, add milk and bring to a boil. Grind the yolks with granulated sugar, add 50 g flour at the end. Pour the yolks into the chocolate-milk mixture in a thin stream and cook until the mixture thickens. Remove cream from heat and leave to cool.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, roll out the dough directly on the baking sheet into a layer 2-3 mm thick. Puncture the dough lightly so that steam escapes during baking. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Also do it one more time.
Step 4
Cut the finished cake into two parts. Put the first cake on the dish, brush it with cream, cover with the second cake and grease with cream again. Do this 2 more times.
Step 5
Lightly fry the almonds in a skillet and sprinkle over the cake.
