Mix 250 grams of yogurt, sugar, baking powder, vegetable oil, flour. Whisk the mixture.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and pour the dough onto it. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees.

Soak gelatin in 100 grams of water. When it swells, heat it in a water bath until it is completely dissolved.

Beat 500 grams of yogurt with a mixer. While whisking in a thin stream, pour gelatin into the yogurt. Beat for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
