  • - 175 ml 35% cream
  • - 20 pieces of savoyardi cookies
  • - 30 g cocoa or dark chocolate

Instructions

Step 1

In a wide bowl, combine ready-made coffee, vanilla, a spoonful of sugar and 2 tablespoons of wine.

Step 2

Beat the yolks well with three tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of wine in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes. You can take a whisk or mixer to help.

Step 3

After removing the dishes from the heat, mix its contents with the mascarpone.

Step 4

Whisk the cream in a bowl until the mixture hardens.

Step 5

Gently pour half of the whipped cream into the cooled mass with cheese, a little later another half. Mix until smooth.

Step 6

Quickly dip 9 biscuits in coffee and put in a mold. It is better to take cookies with a margin, since some may fall apart in the process.

Step 7

Evenly cover the surface of the cookies with cream, sprinkle a little with pureed chocolate.

Step 8

Quickly dip the remaining cookies in coffee and lay out in a second layer, top with the cream that remains.

Sprinkle on top with cocoa powder or chocolate and, covered with foil, refrigerate for 6 hours.

Step 10

Before serving, the excess chocolate is carefully removed and the product remains at room temperature for about 20 minutes. You can decorate with berries.
