There are many variations of this "Austrian charlotte", this one is not quite usual: with milk rice instead of white bread. Try it!
It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- - 60 g softened butter;
- - 60 g of sugar;
- - 1 egg;
- - 250 g of low-fat cottage cheese;
- - 125 g of cooked milk rice;
- - 125 ml of milk;
- - 1 tsp lemon juice and 0.25 lemon zest;
- - 175 g fresh cherries;
- - icing sugar for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease 2 ceramic tins with oil.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with sugar, add the egg. Then add rice, milk, lemon zest and a teaspoon of lemon juice. At the very end, add the cherry.
Step 3
We bake in a preheated oven for 40 - 50 minutes. If you do it in one large form, then 60 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar while still warm. Enjoy your tea!
