Pumpkin soup is a French dish. It turns out delicious and has an unusual aroma. The soup tastes better if you let it brew for a day.

- - 1 onion
- - vegetable oil
- - 400 ml of milk
- - 500 g pumpkin
- - 1 tsp ginger
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - 100 g croutons

Step 1
First, rinse the potatoes and pumpkin well. Peel the potatoes and remove the seeds from the pumpkin. Cut into cubes. Chop the onion finely.
Step 2
Take a saucepan, pour in vegetable oil and fry the onion until transparent, about 3-5 minutes. Then add the vegetables to the onion.

Pour hot water over vegetables so that it completely covers them, salt to taste. Cook vegetables until soft over low heat, for 20-25 minutes.

Drain, transfer vegetables to a blender and puree. Then transfer to the pot again.

Add milk and put on low heat, cook for 7-10 minutes, pepper and salt to taste, add ginger and mix everything well.
Step 6
Pour into portioned bowls and serve with hot croutons.
