It is necessary
- Marshmallow 0.5 kg,
- Butter (200 g),
- Boiled condensed milk 1 can,
- Shortbread cookies 150 g,
- Walnuts 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand so that it is soft. Use a blender to grind shortbread cookies into crumbs.
Step 2
Divide the walnuts into four parts. Set aside one part to decorate the cake. Grind the other three parts into powder.
Step 3
Divide the marshmallows into halves. For cooking, it is best to buy white or pink rather than chocolate.
Step 4
Cooking the filling.
Beat butter and a jar of boiled condensed milk with a mixer. Add two-thirds of the crushed cookies to the resulting mass. Leave one part of the cookies to sprinkle the cake on top. Add three parts of chopped walnuts. Mix the resulting mass with a mixer at low speed.
Step 5
Place the marshmallow halves on a serving dish (approx. 23-25 cm in diameter). Try to make sure that the marshmallows are located as tightly as possible to each other. This will be the base of the cake.
Step 6
Spread the prepared filling of condensed milk, butter, cookies and nuts on top of the base. Carefully align it around the edges. On top, re-lay a layer of marshmallow halves and grease again with a part of the filling.
Step 7
Sprinkle the top of the cake with the rest of the biscuit and walnut crumbs. The cake turned out in two layers, but if desired, it can be increased by adding another layer of marshmallow and filling
