It is necessary

  • - ribs (beef) - 1 kg;
  • - dry red wine - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - olive oil - 350 ml;
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - ground black pepper - a pinch;
  • - parsley (greens) - 30 g;
  • - onion - 1 head;
  • - garlic - 4 cloves;
  • - basil (herbs) - 1-2 branches;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the sauce. Peel the onion and garlic, chop very finely. Rinse parsley and basil with water, chop. Remove the zest from the lemon. Squeeze the juice out of the pulp.

Step 2

Combine garlic, onions, herbs, zest and lemon juice. Add olive oil and stir. Leave the sauce in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Step 3

Rinse the beef ribs with water, dry, salt and pepper.

Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the ribs. During the roasting process, add red wine to the ribs. Cook until golden brown.
