Squids are stuffed with a tender omelet with mushrooms and grated cheese and baked in the oven. The dish can be served by cutting it into rings, which look very decorative and unusual. Or leave the squid whole, decorate with vegetables and turn them into mice or little pigs.
It is necessary
- - champignons (100 g);
- - vegetable oil (50 g);
- - eggs (4 pcs.);
- - milk (100 ml.);
- - celery (50 g);
- - cheese (100 g)
- - squids (2 pcs.);
- - butter (30 g);
- - sour cream (60 g).
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Fry in a skillet until golden brown.
Step 2
Add milk, chopped celery, salt and mushrooms to the beaten eggs. Pour the mixture into a hot skillet. In order for the omelet to bake well from the inside, the pan should be covered with a lid.
Step 3
While the omelet is hot, sprinkle some grated cheese on top. When the omelet has cooled, cut it in half. Roll each half into a roll and put it inside the squid.
Step 4
The edges of the squid (the so-called ears) are best held together. You can use a wooden toothpick.
Step 5
Put the prepared dish in a greased container. Cover the squid with sour cream on top. Cover with a lid and bake in a highly preheated oven for about ten minutes.
