In order to prepare the dough, you will need: 400 grams of flour, 1 egg, 100 grams of butter, 1 glass of milk, 7 grams of dry yeast and 3 egg yolks. For the filling, prepare a few drops of sesame oil, 16 quail eggs, 800 grams of carrots, a little sugar, 6 sprigs of parsley, 1 onion and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Preparation

Do the dough first. Sift the flour well. Dissolve yeast in half a glass of warm water. In a container, mix flour with diluted yeast, mix well and place the resulting mixture in a warm place. Let it stand there for an hour and a half. The dough should double in volume. Then beat the yolks, salt and a little sugar into it. Heat the milk slightly and pour into your dough as well. Now add the pre-softened butter to the dough and mix everything thoroughly too.

Prepare a comfortable surface for kneading the dough by dusting it with a little flour. Beat the dough on this surface until it easily falls behind. Then transfer the dough to the container again and leave for another one and a half to two hours in a warm place.

Move on to making the filling for your carrot patties. Peel the carrots, chop finely, add 3-4 tablespoons of water and stew until they become soft. It will take about 6-7 minutes. Then set aside the cooked carrots. Onions, like carrots, must be peeled and finely chopped. Wash the parsley and chop it. Fry the onions until golden brown (about 6 minutes) in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the carrots, parsley and sesame oil to the onions and cook for about 3 minutes more. Boil quail eggs, peel and cut each one in half.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. The dough should be rolled out to a thickness of 0.5 centimeters. Cut circles on it, on which put a little carrot filling and half an egg on top. Connect and fix the edges of the future pie, grease it on top with a slightly beaten egg for ruddy and send to a baking sheet, previously greased with vegetable oil.
