You can serve meat balls for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They do not get fat, although such a dish cannot be called dietary. There can be any garnish for the balls, but it is best to serve them with any fresh vegetable salad or boiled vegetables (carrots, cauliflower). Stewed white cabbage will also be good.

Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Fry it until golden brown. Moisten crackers with water and let them swell slightly. Grind the prepared meat fillet.

Grease a large flat dish with vegetable oil. Take the minced meat with your hands dipped in cold water and roll it into balls. The size of the balls is about the size of a walnut. Arrange the balls on a platter.

Take a dish with balls and, tilting it over the pan, shake off a portion of the balls into the heated oil. Fry for 5 minutes, shaking the pan so that the balls turn over. Remove the finished products with a slotted spoon and shake the following into the oil.
