Shrimp is an excellent ingredient for salads, both as the main component and in combination with other sea creatures (squid, octopus, mussels). Shrimps get along well with vegetables, fruits, fish, rice. Their preparation will not cause difficulties - you just need to boil the shrimp for 1-2 minutes in boiling well salted water.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of peeled shrimp;
- - dessert spoon of dry mustard;
- - garlic;
- - 2 bell peppers (red and yellow);
- - 3 tbsp. capers;
- - 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar;
- - cayenne pepper, turmeric, cilantro, salt;
- - 1, 5 Art. corn oil;
- - 2 eggs.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shrimps for a couple of minutes in boiling salty water, drain and cool. Wash the bell pepper, cut off the stalk from it, peel it of seeds and partitions. Chop into small cubes.
Step 2
Rinse the cilantro greens under running water and dry, and then chop. Prepare a dressing, for which combine vinegar, mustard, eggs, chopped garlic, turmeric, cayenne pepper in a deep glass bowl, beat with a blender.
Step 3
Gradually pour olive oil into the future dressing in a thin stream and beat at the same time until you achieve a thickening.
Step 4
Combine chopped peppers, capers, and shrimp. Pour the cooked sauce over the whole thing.
