Ice cream without eggs, milk and cream is called sorbet. This refreshing dessert can be made easily at home. It is enough to follow an unpretentious recipe.
It is necessary
- - 1 lemon,
- - 1 glass of clean drinking water,
- - half a glass of sugar,
- - half a glass of lemon juice,
- - half a glass of sparkling mineral water,
- - a few strips of lemon for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lemon, dry it, remove the zest with a knife or grater. Pour 1 glass of water into a saucepan, add half a glass of sugar and lemon zest. Squeeze the juice from the lemon pulp. Place the saucepan over medium heat and after boiling, cook for five minutes, remember to stir. Remove syrup from heat and cool.
Step 2
Pour the lemon syrup into any convenient ladle (you can use a bowl) (you can leave the zest on). If desired, the syrup can be filtered. Add half a glass of lemon juice and half a glass of mineral water to the syrup, mix.
Step 3
Pour the resulting mass into an ice cream maker and place in the freezer. Freeze according to the instructions on the ice cream maker. If you will freeze in a plastic container, then put it with lemon mass in the freezer for an hour and a half. Then take out the ice cream and whisk using a whisk. Take out ice cream every hour and stir. Stir 4-5 times. The more you stir, the more airy the sorbet will be. Garnish the finished ice cream with strips of lemon zest.
