Absolutely everyone can make bread at home. I propose to bake it not in the form of a "brick", but in the form of a spiral, that is, twisted. Agree that this option looks much more interesting.
It is necessary
- - flour - 0.5 kg;
- - dry yeast - 10 g;
- - salt;
- - sugar - 30 g;
- - margarine;
- - water - 300 ml.
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the flour into 2 equal parts. Pour one of them into a deep cup and combine with the following ingredients: dry yeast, granulated sugar, salt and margarine. Stir the mixture, then pour 300 milliliters of warm water. Beat the formed mass. It is advisable to use a whisk for this.
Step 2
Place the resulting mixture in a bowl with the remaining half of the flour. Stir the mixture as it should. Thus, the dough turned out. Leave it aside for 20 minutes.
Step 3
After this period of time has passed, roll the dough into a spherical shape. Leave it to rise in a warm place for half an hour. Then roll it into a layer, after having thoroughly squeezed it, and fold it in three. Set aside again. Repeat this procedure several times within 2-3 hours. Thus, the volume of the dough will be almost 5 times larger than the original.
Step 4
Divide the enlarged dough into 2 pieces of the same size. Roll each into a rectangular slab. Then form bundles from the rectangles.
Step 5
Twist two bundles of dough gently together. Just keep in mind that you do not need to do this procedure too tightly. Send the resulting spiral into a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees until the baking is covered with a light golden crust. The twisted bread is ready!
