Ingredients:

  • 1 can of canned food "Sprats";
  • 5 large radishes;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 large onion feathers;
  • 4 large branches of dill;
  • 3 slices of Borodino bread;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • sour cream;
  • salt and black pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the dark bread into small cubes using a sharp knife and dry in the microwave or oven until crisp. If drying takes place in the microwave, then it is recommended to turn it on 4 times for 1 minute. In this case, after each minute, the croutons must be mixed by hand for even drying.
  2. Wash all the radishes, cut into thin rings, and the rings into half rings.
  3. Rinse the dill and onions under water, dry a little and chop finely. If dill and onions are not available, they can be replaced with parsley or basil.
  4. Pour raw eggs with water, place on the stove, boil until tender, cool and peel. Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes, like bread.
  5. Remove the sprats from the oil and also cut into cubes. Note that the sprats should be of especially good quality, because the taste and appearance of the finished salad will depend on this.
  6. Put all prepared ingredients in one container, season with sour cream, salt and pepper, mix until smooth and leave to soak for about half an hour. During this time, the croutons will soften a little, and all the other ingredients will be saturated with the taste of sprats, spices and garlic.
  7. Put the prepared salad "Baltic Greetings" on a dish, garnish with whole sprats and dill sprigs, serve with any side dish.
