It is necessary

  • - blackberries 1 kg.
  • - yeast 30 g.
  • - oregano 5 sprigs
  • - water 2 l.

Instructions

Step 1

Blackberries are best used fresh rather than frozen. Wash and sort the berries, get rid of excess twigs and leaves.

Step 2

Mash the blackberries with a pestle until soft, transfer to a multicooker bowl, add water and oregano. Turn on the "Multi-cook" mode, set the temperature to 120 degrees and the time to 25 minutes. Click Start.

Step 3

At the end of the program, open the lid of the multicooker and wait for the liquid to cool.

Step 4

Add yeast and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Close the lid and turn on the "Multipovar" mode at 50 degrees and 12 o'clock.
