- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 3 egg yolks;
- - 150 g sugar (3/4 cup);
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cornstarch;
- - 1-2 tbsp. spoons of liquor;
- - 300 g butter;
Instructions
Step 1
Heat water, add margarine, bring water to a boil. Add flour and stirring constantly, simmer until mixture is smooth and glossy.
Then remove from heat, cool.
Gradually add eggs to the cooled mixture, stirring continuously. Grind the dough until smooth.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, squeeze the dough out of a pastry bag in the form of an oblong body measuring about 7 cm and a curved swan neck (12 pieces) and two wings for each bird.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of about 210-220 ° C degrees.
Swan necks can turn red more quickly, so they can be removed earlier, and after 5 minutes, the bodies and wings.
Step 2
Prepare the cream.
Heat one glass of milk, dissolve sugar in it.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 glass of milk with egg yolks and flour, starch, heat, stirring occasionally, and cook a thick pudding. Allow to cool.
Pour butter into the cream, add liqueur. Stir the mixture well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 3
In the upper part of the torso, make two cuts into which the wings will be inserted.
From a pastry bag, apply the cream to the torso, attach the neck and wings. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
