This delicious and healthy salad can be prepared for family meals and any occasion. This will take no more than 50 minutes.
It is necessary
- • 500 g frozen shrimp;
- • 150 g of hard cheese;
- • 4 eggs;
- • 400 g of canned pineapples;
- • 1 lemon;
- • mayonnaise;
- • natural yoghurt without additives;
- • salt to taste.
- For decoration:
- • 1 kiwi;
- • 1 lemon;
- • 7 quail eggs;
- • dill greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil, pour frozen shrimp, salt to taste and cook for 3 minutes. Then we put it in a colander, let it cool slightly and clean. Set aside one half, finely cut the second. To make the shrimp more aromatic, you can add a few slices of lemon and a sprig of dill to the water.
Step 2
Cook chicken and quail eggs hard-boiled, cut quail eggs in halves, chicken eggs - into small cubes. Drain the syrup from the pineapple jar, set aside a few pineapple pieces to decorate the shrimp salad, cut the rest into small pieces. To decorate the salad, peel the kiwi and my lemon, cut them into thin slices. Three cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Put on a large plate in layers: pineapple cubes, chopped eggs, chopped shrimps, pour grated cheese on top. Mix mayonnaise and yogurt in equal proportions and coat each layer of salad.
Step 4
To decorate the shrimp salad, put quail eggs on top, kiwi and lemon on the sides. We coat the sides of the dish well with mayonnaise and lay out the whole shrimps. Sprinkle the salad with chopped herbs. To make the dish more satisfying, you can add a layer of boiled rice between the shrimp and pineapple.
